Admissions: Process

Registration/Enrollment Procedure

  1. Submit completed application form, a copy of the student’s most recent report card, a copy of recent (within two years) standardized test scores, an unofficial transcript from current school, and the required $150 registration fee. Please note that prospective students must go through the entire enrollment procedure before being accepted; space availability in a classroom does not guarantee admission. The registration fee will be refunded if the school does not accept the student.
  2. Once the above mentioned items have been received and reviewed, the school will continue the enrollment process by scheduling a testing date (if necessary) and a family interview with the site principal. For Upper School (7th-12th grade) admissions, the prospective student must attend and participate in the interview as well.
  3. Acceptance will be based upon the spiritual background of the family, the academic, social, and emotional suitability of the student, and space availability.
  4. Parents will be notified by letter as to the status of admission within five business days after the interview. Information regarding enrollment and the waiting pool is confidential.
  5. Upon acceptance, several additional DHCA forms will be required along with copies of the student's birth certificate, social security card, and up-to-date blue immunization record.
