Registration/Enrollment Procedure
- Submit completed application form, a copy of the student’s most recent report card, a copy of recent (within two years) standardized test scores, an unofficial transcript from current school, and the required $150 registration fee. Please note that prospective students must go through the entire enrollment procedure before being accepted; space availability in a classroom does not guarantee admission. The registration fee will be refunded if the school does not accept the student.
- Once the above mentioned items have been received and reviewed, the school will continue the enrollment process by scheduling a testing date (if necessary) and a family interview with the site principal. For Upper School (7th-12th grade) admissions, the prospective student must attend and participate in the interview as well.
- Acceptance will be based upon the spiritual background of the family, the academic, social, and emotional suitability of the student, and space availability.
- Parents will be notified by letter as to the status of admission within five business days after the interview. Information regarding enrollment and the waiting pool is confidential.
- Upon acceptance, several additional DHCA forms will be required along with copies of the student's birth certificate, social security card, and up-to-date blue immunization record.
