Continuous Enrollment
Decatur Heritage has moved to a CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT model. This simply means that:
Current students will automatically be re-enrolled for 2026-2027. There are no online forms or action to be completed. After March 1, the non-refundable re-enrollment deposit of $160 per child will be paid via automatic withdrawal, securing the student’s spot for 2026-2027.

For those who decide not to re-enroll, please fill out the opt-out form below. Otherwise, the non-refundable $160 re-enrollment fee will be automatically withdrawn after March 1st. As we anticipate that there will be grades which reach enrollment capacity, please note that opting out opens up that spot for another student.

For a re-enrolled student that is withdrawn after June 15 (which is the first tuition payment date for the 2026-2027 school year), a $500 late withdrawal fee will be assessed.

Your current payment plan will roll over to the 26-27 school year. If you want any changes, please contact Amy Francis in the finance office by March 1st (afrancis@dhca.org).
Important Information
The deadline to complete the Opt-Out Form for the upcoming school year is NOON on March 1.
By submitting the Opt-Out Form the parent/guardian informs the Admissions Office of their intent not to enroll their student(s) at DHCA for the 2026-27 school year. Once the Opt-Out Form is submitted, the student’s spot will be opened up for another student. Please fill out one form per student.
If the parent/guardian chooses to re-enroll their student after submitting the Opt-Out Form, they must contact Lisa Barnett (Lbarnett@dhca.org) in the Admissions Office to proceed with the re-enrollment process. The re-enrollment fee is $260.
