SCHOOL BOARD
The School Board is entrusted to preserve the evangelical Christian foundations upon which Decatur Heritage Christian Academy was founded and to ensure that the school’s mission is met. The Board is structured as a “policy board,” approving all policy level decisions and the school’s longer range plans. The Board holds the Head of School accountable to implement these policies and plans. Together, the board and administration
work to partner with parents and their students to accomplish the school’s mission and vision. The Board members represent a variety of backgrounds, drawn together by a common interest in Christian education.
